What is Denco?
Denco is your ONE STOP MRO SHOP with the ability to meet your product demands in a timely manner with pricing flexibility.

How many years has Denco been in business?
Denco is proud to be a family run business for 39 years.

How do I become a customer?
You may email us at customerservice@dencoinc.com and send us 3 credit references and we will get back to you with a customer id.

How long will it take to set up my customer account? Once we have received your credit references we can set up your account within 2 business days.

What are your operating hours?
Denco is open Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. We take orders 24 hours a day by fax 440-967-6166 or email sales@dencoinc.com.

Can I get a price book or literature?
You can receive a price book or literature by request. Please email us or call us at 440-967-6165.

What is Denco’s minimum order?
We have a $50 minimum order for distributors as well as full case sales only.

What does it mean to mix and match?
We have four price brackets within which you may achieve quantity price discounts by combining cases of any of our products.

What means of shipping do you usually use?
We usually ship by either UPS or truck.

What is your prepaid freight policy?
Freight is prepaid for 36 case orders and above.
Do you drop ship?
Yes.

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to product weight and destination.

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
No. Our products are usually shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery.

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes, we will ship to locations other than the billing address.

Do you accept credit cards?
We do accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover however, there is an addition fee to use these cards.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not shipped and is not a special order.

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
You need to receive an authorization from Denco to return any items. Only full cases will be accepted with a 20% restocking fee unless it is a damaged item.

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
You will be informed of a backorder and the approximate time of its shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We usually ship same day. If the item is out of stock we will inform you of the time frame.
